Upcoming BYC Events

Events will be listed here as soon as we know we’re hosting them! Calls for participants will be posted on our socials and to everyone on our email list.

If you’d like to be on the vendor list, please add yourself here (if you haven't done so already). BYC markets fill up very quickly and we often have multiple vendors in the same category. We try to make space for as many vendors as possible at each event. Typically we post a Call for Vendors about a month in advance of a market.

Be sure to follow our socials and check back regularly for upcoming events here!

Champagne Stroll Makers’ Popup

Home Malone
4610 Magazine Street
Saturday 5/11 from 5-9pm

Champagne Stroll on Magazine Street is one of the city's premier springtime sip and shop events, held the Saturday before Mother's Day. This fun, free annual event draws huge crowds of shoppers to Magazine Street to enjoy good vibes, complimentary champagne, and great deals at local retail stores.

Our makers’ popup will be held at Home Malone to showcase and support local artisans — both inside the store and the ones popping up outside!

Local makers: This market is currently full! Please check out our future events for vending opportunities.

Join the Next BYC Event

Each event will be listed above. For each event we’ll also post calls for participants on social media and via email. Be sure to follow us on Instagram and Facebook and sign up for emails at the bottom of our homepage. To sign up for vendor emails, please fill out the vendor interest form here — this is not an application, just a way to stay in the loop!

How it Works

  1. Links for open event applications will be posted above. Application links remain active until the signup deadline has passed. Apply for each market or BYC event that you want to participate in.

  2. General event signups (plant swaps, socials, etc.) are open to all. For our markets, we’ll look through the list of everyone who applied to make vendor selections based on quality of work, variety of goods, & diversity at each event.

  3. Confirmation and waitlist emails will be sent by the dates specified on each application. A confirmation email is required to participate in any event and will contain all information related to the events.

  4. Pay any fees on time to confirm your spot! Information on this will be in the emails for each event. We aim to keep participation fees accessible for everyone and proportionate to the opportunity for success at each event. Fees help us offset permitting & operational costs.

  5. If any sort of city license is required to vend at an event, we are happy to help walk you through the steps to set you up for success.
